Akustik II, a member of the Akustik series distinguishable by the soundfelt material under the seat, tests by the Technical Research Institute of Sweden show that noise levels were less than half due to this material and design. This chair is like its sister the Akustik I but with the addition of armrests. It has a compression molded scooped veneer seat or an upholstered seat or back in a variety of fabrics or leather. It is also stackable and has the option to be linkable making it not only practical but a versatile chair, a great addition to any public space, restaurants, schools, hospitals or anywhere else noise is an issue.
