Garsnas
Gärsnäs is a family owned business driven by the principles of knowledge and innovation. Craftsmanship has been shared through generations, since its foundation in 1893, but a desire to push the limits and create new works is their mantra.
The design company is managed by Anna and Dag Klockby in collaboration with designer Åke Axelsson, who designed his first chair for Gärsnäs in the 1960s. Gärsnäs’ modern range is soft and sustainable yet always durable. Products take on a character of their own from the classic Ferdinand armchair, inspired by ancient Greece, to the modern Hedwig easy chair.
